Slow cookin'. Love chopping things up before work and then coming home on a particularly blustery fall day to a crockpot filled with dinner.
A little vegetable curry to get us through the week. Carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, onion, green beans, chickpeas and a healthy dose of curry, crushed red pepper with a dash of cinnamon. Served over fluffy white rice. It will be helpful if, upon inspecting your cooked rice, there are not small bits of its plastic storage container sprinkled throughout it. I do, however, know from personal and recent experience that your vegetable curry dinner will not be ruined even if that is the case.
