2011 Whole Living Action Plan: 28-Day Challenge! You might remember that around this time last year, I did a little detox as part of the Action Plan from Whole Living. The 28-Day Challenge is designed to help you make healthy, lasting lifestyle changes by breaking bad habits and gradually introducing new ones. I'll be blogging about my experience with the plan right over here, so if you'd like, please join me there and follow along.
The plan officially starts on January 3, but there are materials and guidance up online for doing some prep this weekend. Beginning next Monday, I'll be blogging over there 3-5 times a week about my progress with the plan, sharing tips or strategies I've learned and connecting with others around the country.
