inside the cooler, week no. 10

Taters, garlic, cherry tomatoes, swiss chard, green beans, lettuce, basil and a Japanese cucumber. 'Tis the farm share for this week. So far we've had cucumber, cream cheese & homemade baguette appetizers, salads with basil vinaigrette and a scrambled egg & sauteed chard breakfast-for-dinner wrap. This weekend we also picked 13 pounds of peaches, so... yep, you'll be seeing some peach recipes soon. And if you live in the area, you'll probably be eating some peach recipes soon. Get ready.

  1. Wow, I REALLY need to get some sleep. I keep reading this and saying to myself, "Bah-zeel? What the hell is "Bah-zeel?!" Obv., it's BASIL, and I'm stupid.
