Two quick updates that you may not have seen...
Episode 6 of the From Scratch Club Podcast is out! We are blown away by the numbers of people listening to us talk about food each month. Thank you! This episode focuses on Preserving the Bounty. Canning, dehydrating, freezing... it's all good. We have great interviews with real people about why they choose to put up their food in a world of seemingly limitless aisles of commercially canned goods. We also are pumped to bring you an interview with the wonderful canning guru Marisa McClellan of Food in Jars. Her blog is awesome, her new book is a treasure and constant reference guide in my kitchen and Marisa was kind enough to swing by our food swap, teach a jam making class, sign books and even stayed to grab a slice of our ritual woodfired pizza with us afterwards.
